II. Předmět smlouvy

1. Odborná diplomová praxe je součástí doporučeného studijního plánu a jejím cílem je umožnit studentovi v termínu …………………………………. (160 hodin celkem) praktické ověření znalostí získaných studiem příslušného oboru.
2. Termín dohodnuté praxe je závazný a může být změněn pouze se souhlasem FRRMS Mendelovy univerzity v Brně.

III. Povinnosti smluvních stran

1) Fakulta regionálního rozvoje a mezinárodních studií:
a) zabezpečuje organizaci a metodické vedení praxe
b) kontroluje plnění smlouvy a zabezpečuje řešení připomínek

2) Pracoviště:
a) umožňuje studentovi vykonávat praxi v dohodnutém termínu tak, aby měl student možnost seznámit se s provozem podniku na jednotlivých úsecích s přihlédnutím k obsahové náplni praxe
b) pověří svého pracovníka ………………………………………………………………

c) seznámí studenta s organizačním řádem a dalšími předpisy
d) zajistí proškolení studenta o bezpečnostních předpisech a ochraně zdraví při práci. Dojde-li k úrazu, bude v organizaci sepsán „Záznam o úrazu“ a do tří dnů od vzniku úrazu bude zaslán bezpečnostnímu technikovi Mendelu
e) umožní studentovi využívat sociálních a jiných výhod stejně jako svým zaměstnancům (stravování, ubytování)
f) při ukončení odborné diplomové praxe zašle na FRRMS, popř. předá studentovi „Hodnocení pracoviště výkonu odborné diplomové praxe“, kde zpracuje stručné hodnocení studenta, které slouží jako podklad pro uznání praxe
g) V případě, že v průběhu vykonávané praxe budou zjištěny jakékoliv nedostatky v souvislosti s vykonávanou praxí, je zástupce pracoviště povinen tyto fakultě neprodleně oznámit.

3) Student:
a) se plně zapojí do pracovního procesu a dbá pokynů metodického vedoucího praxe
b) setrvá na pracovišti po celou dobu praxe a opustí jej jen se souhlasem vedoucího pracoviště
c) je povinen dodržovat pracovní řád organizace a právní a bezpečnostní předpisy, které se na něj vztahují
d) na děkanát FRRMS v úředních hodinách odevzdá tiskopis „Zpráva o vykonání odborné diplomové praxe“, a to nejpozději do 1 měsíce po ukončení odborné diplomové praxe.

IV. Závěrečná ustanovení

1. Smlouva nabývá platnosti dnem podpisu všemi stranami a končí posledním dnem praxe studenta, pokud není stanoveno jinak.
2. Smlouva může být zrušena v případě, že došlo k jejímu závažnému porušení ze strany některého z účastníků.
3. Smlouva je sepsána ve třech vyhotoveních, pro každého z účastníků smlouvy jednou.

III. Duties of the Parties

1) Faculty of Regional Development and International Studies:

3) Student:

IV. Final provisions

1st The contract comes into force upon signature by all parties, and ends on the last day of practice student, unless otherwise specified.
